Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, it is not necessary. You can order the products without having an account with us. The only information required is your name, phone number and definitely your e-mail.

How can I place an order?

The ordering process is simple and once you find the products you want, follow the steps below:

  1. Place your order on our site, in your online shopping cart.
  2. Fill in your details (name, phone number and definitely your e-mail) and the recipient’s details (name, address, phone number) and a text for the wishes (about thirteen words).
    The recipient’s details must be correctly cross-checked in advance, because in the event that the order cannot be delivered at the specific time you have indicated to us, due to incorrect estimates or data, since flowers are a perishable product, the responsibility lies with the principal – sender.

Finally, you can visit us at our store at 9 Athanasiou Diakou, Acropolis, Athens (at the Acropolis Metro exit) or else you can place your order by phone at 210.8839333.

A product is out of stock on your website. How can I order it?

In case the product is out of stock on our website but available on the market, we can find it and send it to you after contacting you by phone.

How are payments made?
  • Cash on delivery, provided that the orderer is also the recipient.
  • Payment at our store.
  • Payment by deposit into a bank account that we will indicate to you.
  • Payment by bank card.
What is the shipping cost?

Our products, which are manufactured exclusively by us in our physical store (Campo dei Fiori, Athanasiou Diakou 9, Athens) are delivered to all locations within the capital city limits by our own specialized means, in order to ensure the delivery of the order in perfect condition.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the postal code and not the area. Below are indicatively listed the main delivery areas with the respective shipping charges.

Is it possible to issue an invoice for my order?

We can issue an invoice upon completion of your order, if you select the “Issue invoice” field.

When will I receive the purchase receipt?

Once your order is delivered, the receipt will be sent to you via e-mail.

Can my order be delivered the same day?

In order for your order to be delivered on the same day, it must be placed by 4:00 PM, as the execution process takes up to 4 hours. If the order is placed after 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the next day. It is necessary to inform us in advance by calling 210.8839333.

What is the delivery process?

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the sender, and their completion is proven by the signature of the order form by the recipient, and after the sender is informed of the successful delivery, it remains in our business for a period of one month.

Is the recipient always informed before delivery?

We contact the recipient beforehand to ensure valid delivery.

I want to surprise the recipient, is it possible that the store won't contact them?

If you do not wish us to contact the recipient, please inform us by phone at +30.210.8839333 or otherwise add it as a note in the “Note” field in the order cart or at the website checkout. If the recipient is unavailable or absent, does not receive the product and the order is returned to the store, you will be charged again the amount of shipping that corresponds to the distance. In case the area belongs to the zero shipping charge areas, the sender will be charged the amount of €10. In case of re-sending, the recipient will be informed of the arrival of the order.

What happens if the recipient does not wish or is unable to receive the order?

In the event that the recipient does not wish or is unable to receive the order, the sender may pick up the order from the store or provide us with new recipient details.

Do the prices include VAT?

All product prices available on our website include VAT.

Do I have to share both my own and the recipient's information?

It is necessary that we have been notified of all the recipient and sender’s details, only for the execution of the order and communication with you.

Are my personal data or information disclosed to the recipient?

Our store fully complies with the GDPR regulation, therefore personal data or information is only necessary for procedural reasons and is not disclosed.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order. A refund is not possible if our store has purchased or reserved the products for the completion of the order. However, the sender may pick up the order from the store or provide us with new recipient information.

When does delivery take place?

Our store delivers from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.

Is it possible to make deliveries outside of business hours?

There is a possibility for deliveries outside of business hours, Sundays and holidays with a charge of €10.00, as long as there has been prior telephone contact or communication via e-mail.

How am I notified of confirmation of receipt?

Once the order is delivered, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt. Its completion is proven by the signature of the order form by the recipient and after the sender is informed of the successful delivery, it remains with our business for a period of one month.

When does my order start being processed?

Your order begins to be processed after payment has been completed.

What happens if my order arrives at the recipient but they are not available?

In any case of returning the product to our store, for reasons for which the company is not responsible, e.g. The recipient is absent despite having been informed, you will be charged again the amount of the shipping charge corresponding to the respective area. In case the area belongs to the zero shipping charge areas, the sender will be charged the amount of €10. In case of re-sending, the recipient will be informed of the arrival of the order. However, the sender has the option to pick up the order from the store or to provide us with new recipient details.

Does the price displayed on the website include the shipping charge?

All product prices on our website do not include the shipping cost. This amount is calculated based on distance based on zip code and not area.
